Hi, as some of you may have guessed, my developping this project has to do with the Dune movie originally intended to be released this fall. My original idea and the beginning of the project happened in august 2019, around the time when I learned about the making of the film, and I tried to have it releasable by the end of 2020, to match the release of the film in theaters (while keeping a smh relaxed production pace).

(Un?)fortunately, the movie premiere is now delayed to october 2021. Being ridiculously late, it's possible for it to be advanced back to around summer '21, but that's still a quite long run. While this is very sad news for all Dune (and Villeneuve) fans, I am also somehow relieved. I have now more time, around a year actually, to finish my ending event and the closing of the story I want to tell, and to add the parallel and optional Fremen arc I wrote.

So, in short, this delay means the game will take more time to be finished, but it will probably be better then !
